Orders can be cancelled free of charge before processing and shipment begins. Once your order enters our fulfillment center and shipping preparations commence, cancellation is no longer available.

- Original packaging and seals intact
- All labels and product information preserved

Return Policy Exclusions
Due to health and safety regulations, opened cleaning products cannot be accepted for return once the seal has been broken.

- Defective or incorrect items: Puralb covers all return shipping costs when the error is on our end
- No hidden fees: We never charge restocking or processing fees
